    The MRA collects personal information both directly and indirectly, in accordance with the laws of Mauritius. Where the personal information is collected directly, the source of such information would normally be from you or your tax and/or legal representative and/or agent and from your use of our online platforms. We may also receive personal information indirectly from third parties such as other government entities, public authorities, publicly available sources, intelligence sources and whistleblowers.

  5. Who do we share your information with

    When providing our services to you, we may share your information with Statutory and regulatory bodies and law enforcement authorities according to applicable laws, regulations, resolutions and policies.

    Where links to third party websites are provided on our website, this privacy policy does not cover how such other websites may process personal data.
